We hiked up and over a ridge to Morskie Oko Lake on Saturday. Most of our fellow hikers were Polish, and the trail was crowded enough, but when we reached the traverse we found ourselves pretty much alone in a drizzle, fog obscuring the valley below (and, thankfully, the height of the drop).
